The main hotel buildings comprise 59 luxury bedrooms and the property itself comprises 35 acres. 

Our client bought the lease in the hotel in 1945 and it was due to expire in 2068 - the acquisition of the freehold interest in May 2012 from London Borough of Enfield enables Beales Ltd to protect and enhance the value of the business by enabling significant capital investment to be made.
